For Veterans: We want to help! Sept. 18

Butler is proud to serve our Veterans and as such, we’ve invited a Mobile Vet Center to our campus to provide free vital services to U.S. combat veterans and their families.

Are you struggling in class due to combat-related stress? A service of the Department of Veterans Affairs, this Mobile Vet Center offers free and confidential on-site counselors who can advise you on VA educations benefits and tuition assistance information. Counselors will also be on hand to provide counseling on subjects such as readjustment, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), vocational assistance, bereavement and more.

Butler will also offer complimentary hot dogs and chips while college counselors can help with enrollment information.

From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 18

Butler Service Center
2626 S. Rock Rd. Suite 116
Wichita, KS

To learn more about the Mobile Vet Center, contact Amy Cyphers, Butler VA benefits coordinator: 733-3102.
