Recently, I watched the premiere of “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution” on ABC. This show was very eye-opening in the fact that it talks about the struggles Americans have with obesity.
Being a college student myself, I know we sometimes struggle with our eating habits. This means we struggle with eating right, especially since we are always on the go.
It’s important that we, as students, take the time to improve our eating styles. We need to make sure we aren’t always taking the easy road and eating junk food 24/7.
It’s important to stay healthy. Recently, my doctor stressed the importance of exercise for college students. She said not only will you get in shape, but it helps with studying and concentration. Eating healthy keeps us healthy.
I can’t stress enough how important it is that we take the time to think about what we eat and take the time to exercise.
I know students these days are really busy and maintain busy schedules, but eating better and exercising is going to make for a better lifestyle.
